Juventus are prepared to sell Turkish defender Merih Demiral this summer and are looking to recoup around €35 million for the 23-year-old.
According to Juve Live, the Italian outfit are looking to raise money for their own transfers and Demiral has been placed on the transfer list.
Everton and West Ham United have shown strong interest in the player, with both clubs needing to strengthen their defensive options.
The young defender could be the ideal partner for Ben Godfrey in Everton’s back four or link up with Issa Diop at West Ham.
A move away from Juventus would be ideal for Demiral. He needs to play regularly to fulfil his potential and is unlikely to get those opportunities at the Turin club.
He has had a disappointing European Championships needs a fresh start next season.
Both Premier League clubs can afford the reported €35m asking price, although they will hope to secure his services for less.
If Demiral adapts to English football, he could sort out Everton or West Ham’s defence for years to come.
There is no doubt that he is highly talented but may need some time to regain his form and sharpness.
