Thibaut Courtois will be staying at Atletico Madrid next season, according to respected transfer site, Gianlucadimarzio.com.
The report claims that the Belgian goalkeeper has agreed to renew his contract with Atletico for at least another year, according to Spanish journalist Antonio Ruiz, who reportedly has the inside track at the La Liga club.

Courtois produced another excellent performance against Barcelona last night in his side’s Champions League quarter final against Barcelona, with Atletico coming away from the Camp Nou with a 1-1 draw.
Atletico manager Diego Simeone believes the 21-year-old will only get better, while Barca boss Gerardo Martino admitted that Courtois looked like ‘one of the best goalkeepers in the world’.
“He has improved a lot in the two and half years that he has been with us,” Simeone told reporters,
“He needs to keep getting better but it is clear that he is destined for big things.”
Despite the report, Courtois has admitted in the past that he sees his future in the Premier League with Chelsea.
