Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United all won their last fixture before the international break and all three title contenders can do so again this weekend, SoccerLens believe.

The odds of this treble coming in with CarbonSports.ag may tempt a few of ours readers, with members of our team making the bet themselves.

José Mourinho’s Chelsea have dropped only two points from their opening seven fixtures and already have a five-point lead at the top.

The Blues are in action on Saturday at Crystal Palace where they were beaten 1-0 thanks to a John Terry own goal.

Chelsea look even stronger than they did last season, and whilst Crystal Palace had made an excellent start under Neil Warnock prior to last weekend’s 2-0 loss at Hull City, many expect the Eagles to be in a relegation battle this season.

Fitness and fatigue will be a key issue for the visitors who have had stars jetting off all over the world during the international break. The manager has a wealth of depth in his squad to sufficiently cover the odd injury.

Second-place Manchester City kick off the weekend at home to Tottenham Hotspur at Saturday lunchtime. Manuel Pellegrini’s side were 2-0 winners at Aston Villa last time out, giving them back-to-back Premier League victories.

Spurs have been hit-and-miss under Mauricio Pochettino in his early days at White Hart Lane. Their 1-0 win over his former club in matchday six ended a four-game winless streak that dated back to August.

Manchester City, the superior side on paper may prove to be the superior side on the pitch too when they meet this weekend.

Manchester United have started to turn their fortunes around since the transfer window shut. Louis van Gaal’s side have won three of their last four, scoring 11 goals during this run.

The Red Devils have been saved for Monday night action where they travel to West Bromwich Albion. Any fatigue from international duty will surely be overcome with the additional rest these two sides have been given.

With Robin van Persie, Radamel Falcao, Ángel Di María and Juan Mata, United look capable of unlocking any defence this season. West Brom have conceded two to Sunderland, three to Swansea, two to Everton and two to Liverpool this season – just think what the aforementioned players are capable of.

Do you also think these three teams will each pick up three points from the weekend’s fixtures?
