Arsenal looks to remain near the top of the English Premier League table and can move into second place or first place with a win at Hull City.

Hull come into the match in the relegation zone but could move out with a win or even a draw on Saturday. Arsenal are in third place, tied on points with second place Chelsea, and two points behind EPL leaders Manchester United. The Gunners have a 12-1-2 record at home with a +26 goal difference while Hull City are 5-5-3 at the KC Stadium with a -2 goal difference.
The talk around Hull City is an altercation between Jimmy Bullard and Nick Barmby on the training ground. The two had to be restrained by teammates but shook hands the next day in practice. Manager Phil Brown has insisted that the team is united and the incident does mean the team is falling apart or on a slide. Hull could have Stephen Hunt available but will be without Anthony Gardner. Arsenal will be without Cesc Fabregas, William Gallas, Aaron Ramsey, and Robin Van Persie.
Hull have shown the ability to get great performances at home including a 1-1 draw against Chelsea and 2-1 win over Manchester City. Jimmy Bullard is the key to the Tigers and he will need a strong match if Hull are to get anything out of the match. Along with Bullard, the defense for Hull will have to step up and try to contain the Arsenal attack.
The Gunners showed on Tuesday against Porto in the Champions League how quickly they can break open a match and score goals. Hull will need to score first and keep it low scoring to have any realistic chance of a draw or a victory. If they want to avoid relegation, any points from these matches will be the difference.
