Arsenal moved into the 4th round of the FA Cup after earning an emphatic 2-0 victory over North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates.
Theo Walcott was stretchered off injured towards the end of the match and on his way off the England international took the opportunity to anger the away fans after reminding them the 2-0 scoreline, using his fingers.
Santi Cazorla opened the scoring for the Gunners in the first half while Tomas Rosicky scored in the 2nd half, as Arsenal earned a comfortable victory in the end. However, with two strikers already out injured, last thing Arsene Wenger wants in another star player getting injured.
Arsene Wenger’s reaction: “The doctors said to me the coins were raining over his head and that is why. It does not look aggressive, he was smiling.”
Tim Sherwoord has taken it lightly as well, describing it as “a bit of banter”.
