Croatian midfielder Ante Coric is a target for Liverpool this summer.
Jurgen Klopp is thought to be an admirer of the highly technical attacking midfielder and is ready to break the bank for him.
According to reports in Croatia, Liverpool have submitted a bid of 15 million Euros for the Croatian international and want him to complete a transfer soon.
Klopp wants to integrate all his new signings in the pre-season and therefore wants to sign Coric before Liverpool begin their US tour on the 27th of July.
Coric has been a target for the likes of Napoli, Tottenham, Dortmund and Barcelona as well.
Earlier this summer, there were reports that Klopp called Coric personally to register Liverpool’s interest in the player and the latest claims of a bid certainly ties in with that.
It would be a fantastic piece of business for Liverpool if they manage to sign him for that fee (15 million Euros). Despite his age, Coric is an exceptional talent and could be a huge upgrade on the likes of Lallana in a season or two.
It seems unlikely that Coric will stay at Dinamo beyond this summer and unless some other club starts a bidding war with a higher offer, Liverpool have a great chance of completing this deal. The Merseyside giants have a great track record of giving game time to young players and that will surely affect Coric’s decision.
