According to reports from the trusted and reliable Gianluca Di Marzio website in Italy, Juventus are close to securing the services of Palermo striker Paulo Dybala. The recent developments will come as a huge blow for Arsenal and Chelsea who were also interested in the striker over the last couple of months.
We had reported last week that Juventus were close to securing the the transfer of Dybala but the deal has been held up thanks to the player’s agent Triulzi who was still in Buenos Aires. However, Triulzi has now arrived in Italy and a meeting is scheduled between palermo and Juventus on next Thursday. The discussions could be decisive as Juventus want to quickly wrap up the transfer as a part of their preparations for the coming season.
The report states that the Bainconeri are ready to offer Palermo €28m plus up to €8m in ‘difficult to achieve’ performance-related bonuses. The Old Lady have also offered two of their players as a part of the deal, Horour Magnusson and Leonardo Spinazzola. Edoardo Goldaniga will also be included, the player who is already at Palermo on loan.
The report states that Dybala is ready to join Juventus and the player should be able to agree on personal term quickly as Turin is his preferred destination and wants to stay in Italy. The 21 year old Argentine has enjoyed a stunning season having scored 13 goals and grabbing 10 assists in 33 appearances.
