The German has excelled as a right-winger for Wolfsburg but can easily slot in at full-back.
Baku has formed a formidable partnership with Kevin Mbabu on the right flank and could replicate that for the Gunners.
He would be an exciting replacement for Hector Bellerin and could significantly improve Arsenal’s first team.
Marc Roca
Since moving from Espanyol, Roca has struggled to secure game time with Bayern Munich.
However, he has the ability to flourish at Arsenal and could be a good partner for Thomas Partey.
The Spaniard is adept at protecting the defence and has an outstanding passing range.
Wendell
Arsenal need to find a back-up for Kieran Tierney, and Wendell could fit the bill.
The Bayer Leverkusen defender made just 12 appearances in the Bundesliga last season and may be keen to find a new challenge.
Tierney’s injury issues could open up opportunities for Wendell, and he would be a sensible signing.
Amine Harit
Martin Odegaard and Emile Smith Rowe provided the creativity for Arsenal last season, but the Norwegian has now returned to Real Madrid.
Harit was a rare bright spark for Schalke last season and may welcome the opportunity to quit the relegated club.

Laimer’s versatility makes him an enticing proposition, with the 24-year-old adept at playing numerous positions.
The Austrian has the pace, defensive nous and attacking qualities needed to succeed in England.
Laimer has been on the fringes at RB Leipzig and may welcome a move to the Premier League.
