Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a man in demand this summer. The BVB forward has been the talk of the town after smashing in 25 goals last season.
With the likes of PSG and Arsenal willing to break the bank for the Bundesliga forward, the player has finally responded to the speculations surrounding his BVB future.
Aubameyang claimed that he is fully settled and is enjoying life at Borussia and will not consider a move away from the club this summer. Further, he claimed that he has no plans to waste his time thinking about the interest of other clubs and is fully focused on the pre-season preparations with Dortmund.
“You can take it for granted that I am not going to waste any time thinking about giving up how happy I am at Borussia, in the city of Dortmund and with this team,” he told the Welt am Sonntag newspaper.
“Dortmund have won the title twice in the last five years, we reached a Champions League final and had Real Madrid on the brink of elimination in the group stage when they went on to win it.
“If I didn’t believe that I could win titles with Dortmund, then I wouldn’t be here.”
Aubameyang clearly feels that Dortmund are good enough to help him achieve his ambitions and after Watzke’ claims that the player is not for sale at any price, Aubameyang’s interview draws curtains on any potential summer move.
