Barcelona attacker Pedro is worried about Louis Van Gaal, after seeing the Dutchman’s treatment of fellow Spaniards Valdes, Ander Herrera and David De Gea.
Pedro Rodriguez has been linked with a move to Manchester United all summer and it seemed that the Red Devils were close to signing him last week.
However, the Spaniard has been forced to rethink the move because of how van Gaal has treated De Gea, Herrera and Valdes.
Louis Van Gaal has a reputation of falling out with his players and it seems Manchester United might have to pay the price for that.
Earlier this week, Manchester City entered the fray and are willing to meet Barcelona’s demands for Pedro.
Van Gaal has fallen out with Valdes already and has claimed that De Gea has refused to play for Manchester United.
Although it is possible that Van Gaal’s claims regarding De Gea might be true, it would have been much more professional if the Dutchman kept his conversations with the player private.
Spanish outlets are running the story that Van Gaal refused to offer an extension to De Gea at the start of last season due to doubts about his ability and therefore the player is now pushing for a move.
Van Gaal’s handling of Valdes has been a key factor in Pedro’s decision to reconsider the transfer as the duo were close friends at Barcelona.
