Liverpool and Arsenal target Paulo Dybala is being courted by several top clubs around Europe. The 21 year-old striker has made it apparent with his performances at his current club Palermo that a move to one of the top sides is imminent in the coming months. If a deal is not struck by anyone in January, teams are sure to return in the summer transfer window.
French magazine Le 10 Sport has revealed that Paris Saint-Germain, one of the clubs interested in Dybala, have an advantage. The Argentine’s agent is, in fact, the same as that of Edinson Cavani, who plays his football in the French capital. It is understood that PSG will not make a move in January, but will meet with the agent to talk about a move next summer.
The release clause for Dybala is set at €40 million, and recent reports have stated that Arsenal are very interested. The Gunners are lacking a proven goalscorer in their ranks and Dybala, who has scored 7 and assisted 6 in 16 Serie A appearances this season, may be the answer. Their troubles are similar to that of Liverpool, whose summer signings Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert have proven to be massive failures so far.
