Borussia Dortmund have had a disastrous domestic campaign this season, with coach Jurgen Klopp already looking to forward to bolstering the squad this summer, and could make a move for Arsenal prodigy Serge Gnabry.
The 18-year-old has emerged as one of the promising talents in world football and has shown glimpses of his immense potential for the senior side this season.
The German Under-19 international was nominated for the 2013 Golden boy award, while the Gunners have recently rewarded him with a five-year-contract.
It is highly unlikely that Arsenal will part ways with Gnabry this summer, but according to Goal.com, Borussia Dortmund will test Arsenal’s resolve with a lucrative offer at the end of the season.
Although Dortmund currently lie second in the table, they are a whopping 20 points behind league leaders Bayern Munich. They are poised to qualify to the next phase of the Champions League however, as they hold a 4-2 advantage over Zenit St Petersburg in ahead of their last 16 second leg this week.
