The 28-year-old is in his final months of his current Arsenal contract and was due to renew his deal until talks broke down completely months ago.
Manager Unai Emery was keen to let Ramsey go as he doesn’t feature in his long-term plans, and Juventus were more than happy to snap him up.
Ramsey agreed a four-year contract with Juve after holding preliminary talks with Barcelona and rejecting an offer from Paris St-Germain.
He ends his 11-year spell with the Emirates Stadium outfit after passing a two-part medical with the Italians last month.
Ramsey joined Arsenal from Welsh side Cardiff City in 2008 for £4.8million, and has played 259 times across all competitions for the club, finding the back of the net on 61 times occasions.
He was presented with a new deal in September by the club, but he wanted a significant increase in his wages, and the club were not prepared to meet his demands.
Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Real Madrid reportedly also showed interest in Ramsey’s signature, but Juve convinced him the most, and it’ll be exciting to see how he fares at the side.
