The race for Paulo Dyabla is set to intensify in the next few months as top European clubs have set their eyes already to sign the highly talented youngster in the summer.
Dybala is an outstanding young talent who plays for Palermo. The 21-year-old forward is versatile and has managed 12 goals this season.
Palermo president Zamparini is willing to sell him at the right price and believes the youngster has the talent to reach the standards set by Lionel Messi.
“For me, Dybala is the Messi of the future,” Zamparini told Radio Anch’io recently. “I value him at €40m (£28.5m), but we will have to wait and see what happens at the end of the season.
“There has been a lot of talk about Dybala, but his agent is just doing his work. I have a good relationship with him.
“The transfer fee we will receive for Dybala will be reinvested. We have an ongoing project. Even if Dybala were to leave, other important players will arrive.”
Recently Sky Italia claimed that Arsenal are taking the early infinitives and are likely to hold talks with Palermo within next week.
However, it seems the Gunners are not the only one who are preparing their groundworks before launching a summer bid. London rivals Chelsea have also joined the race and have contacted Dybala’s agent.
