EA Sports Ranking Premier Week 13 is out and once again Manchester City’s darling boy Sergio Aguero heading the chart with 426 points. The Argentine didn’t find the net on Sunday against Southampton, but he provided two brilliant assists helping the Champions win by 3-0 at Saint Mary’s.
Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United all won their matches beating West Brom, Stoke City and Hull City respectively. Danny Welbeck scored the winner for the Gunners, but Sanchez with his over-all performance has moved one-step up to secure the fourth place. The Chilean has been in tremendous form this season, scoring 13 goals in all competition.
Liverpool avoided their third consecutive league defeat by earning a scrappy 1-0 victory over Stoke City at Anfield. Raheem Sterling nearly got an assist to his name when his floated delivery from the left found Joe Allen in acres of space in the box, but the Welsh midfielder missed a glorious opportunity to score. Anyway, Sterling’s brilliant performances didn’t go unnoticed and the England international has jumped into 9th spot in the EA Sport rankings this week.
Chelsea maintained their unbeaten run to the season, but this time they only managed a 0-0 draw against Sunderland away to Britannia Stadium. Diego Costa retained the second spot with 378 points, Eden Hazard 3rd with 334 points while Cesc Fabregas dropped one step down to 5th in 315 points. Brazilian midfielder Oscar is 8th with 251 points.
Robin van Persie scored against Hull City as United registered a comfortable 3-0 win on Saturday. The Dutchman has moved nine step up in 19th with 230 points, four behind team-mate Angel di Maria.
