Arsenal will face German giants and last season’s Champions League finalist Borussia Dortmund at the Emirates tonight in the Champions League Group Stage, Match Day 3, looking to make it three wins in a row.
The Gunners boss, Arsene Wenger revealed in the press conference yesterday that midfielder Mathieu Flamini will be absent for this tie. So, Jack Wilshere is expected to partner Mikel Arteta at the centre. Or else, Wenger may bring in-form Ramsey at the middle, leaving Wilshere out wide on the right flank.
In the defence, Wenger will have no other options rather to use his best quartet for this tie. There’s hardly any room for experiment in such a crunch game. In the attacking department, Santi Cazorla, who returned in the last match against Norwich City, would continue on the left flank while Olivier Giroud will as usual start as the lone front man.
