Arsenal will take on Liverpool on Sunday afternoon in the fifth round of the FA Cup tie at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsene Wenger is likely to rest several key players for this tie, keeping in mind their upcoming Champions League fixture against Bayern Munich. However, Wenger claimed that he would field a strong side for this one.
The Gunners will be without Santi Cazorla for the game. The Spaniard is ill and has been ruled out, though, could face Bayern next week. Meanwhile, Wenger confirmed, midfielder Mathieu Flamini will be back from suspension and could take the place of Jack Wilshere, who looked a little out of sorts since returning from injury.
Last time, Arsenal suffered a humiliating 5-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool hence Wenger will be looking to field his strongest defensive quartet for this game. England international Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be hoping for another chance to impress in the central position and could replace Mikel Arteta.
Prediction: 1-2; Arsenal are undefeated in 16 of their last 17 home matches against Liverpool in all competitions, but against a rampant Liverpool side, expect an upset on Sunday.
