Manchester United are looking to seal the transfer of Benfica midfielder Renato Sanches.
The highly talented Portuguese midfielder has been a target for the Red Devils since last summer and the Old Trafford outfit were linked with a move for him during the January transfer window as well.
Recently it was reported that Manchester United have agreed a deal with Benfica for the talented teenager and now it is being reported that the Benfica president Luis Felipe Vieira was in Manchester to discuss the transfer.
Apparently Vieira has been in England over the last two days and has been speaking to Ed Woodward and Jorge Mendes regarding a deal. Manchester United have reportedly offered €40million + €20million in bonuses, but Benfica want more up front.
It seems that the transfer situation is well advanced now and the player is probably destined for Old Trafford this summer.
The Benfica midfielder is highly rated within the game and recently Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola claimed that Sanches is one of the best players of his age in Europe.
