Manchester United have been linked with several attacking players over the last couple of months and the latest name to be linked with a move to Old Trafford is that of the Benfica winger Andre Carrillo.
The Argentine winger is highly rated in Portugal and has attracted interest from the Premier league giants.
Latest reports claim that Benfica are ready to sell the player and will accept an offer of around 25 million Euros for the technically gifted winger this summer.
The report adds that both clubs are keen to reach an agreement soon and a deal could be wrapped up in not time.
Carrillo made a name for himself during his five year spell at Sporting. He then joined Benfica on a free transfer, but has failed to replicate his Sporting form since then.
Meanwhile, in other news, Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj is ready to switch his national team from Belgium to Kosovo.
Kosovo FA’s general secretary, Eroll Salihu, has confirmed that Januzaj has said ‘yes’ to representing Kosovo in the future.
There has been no official confirmation from Belgium’s FA yet about the switch, but one is expected soon enough.
Januzaj burst on to the first team scene at Manchester United under David Moyes, but the highly talented winger has seen his development stalled since then.
He failed to make his mark during his loan spell at Dortmund and has been overlooked by Van Gaal as well as the national team since then.
