Belgium registered a 2-1 victory in the opening game of the Group H fixture of the 2014 World Cup against Algeria on Tuesday.
Marc Wilmots saw his side come from a goal down to win the tie to start the tournament with a win. Valencia midfielder Sofiane Feghouli gave a lead for Algeria before Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini equalised for Belgium, followed by Dries Mertens’ goal sealed a winner for his side.
Fellaini joined the Red Devils last season from Everton and was a massive flop for United; failing to score even a single goal. However, the midfielder scored for his national side as it was his first goal since he netted for his former club against Stevenage on August 2013.
United fans expressed their views on social networking website after Fellaini finally managed to score a goal.
Hopefully good performances by Fellaini at WC will serve to increase his sale price in order to be sold rather than be given another chance.

Lots of people saying it was obvious Fellaini was decent in his best position. Most of the same people said he couldn't play football.
