Carl Froch (MBE) is a former British professional boxer who was in the ring between 2002 and 2014. Froch held the super-middleweight world championships, which included the WBC title on two occasions in 2008 & 2015. Plus, also held the IBF title from 2012 and 2015 and the WBA title between 2013 and 2015.
Having been voted Fighter Of The Year in 2012 by BoxRec, Froch also went onto be showcased by the BBC as the best pound-for-pound active British boxer in 2013. BoxRec also ranked Froch as the third greatest British fighter of all time (pound for pound).
During his career, Froch fought 35 times and ended with 33 wins (24 by knockout) and had just two losses.
Since hanging up his gloves Froch has stayed within boxing and is now a respected analyst and commentator.
He also has his own YouTube channel called ‘Froch On Fighting’ plus has now joined SportsLens to give his views on all things boxing on the best of the up and coming fights.
