Eden Hazard scores a stunning goal vs Barcelona

Eden Hazard gave Chelsea the lead in their International Champions Cup game against Barcelona with an outstanding solo effort.

Chelsea star, Eden Hazard has been in exceptional form over the last 12 months and has been compared to the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Chelsea went on to win the game on penalties, but Hazard’s solo goal remains the highlight of the match against Barcelona. The other wonderstrike came from the former Liverpool striker, Luis Suarez, who executed a stunning chip from close range, which went in despite Kurt Zouma’s brave efforts.

Chelsea and Barcelona ended the game 2-2 before the Catalans lost out to Chelsea in a penalty shootout. The other goals in the game were from Gary Cahill and Sandro.

Hazard has been in sensational form for Chelsea since last season and Jose Mourinho will be hoping that the Belgian keeps on performing the way he has and help Chelsea defend their title against the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal next season.

Recently, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho claimed that Eden Hazard is better than Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. While Mourinho’s claims might be pre-mature just yet, there is no doubt that the Chelsea star is certainly capable of reaching those heights.
