Jumps progeny of the sire Fame And Glory tend to improve with age and simply backing all those aged eight or older would have found 43 winners from 360 bets (12% strike-rate) for a profit of £47.13 to a £1 level stake at SP. CZECH HER OUT disappointed at Worcester in early May when we last saw him but has had wind surgery since and is worth chancing to bounce back.

Younger progeny of the sire Dr Massini have a fine record in handicap chases, with those aged eight or younger landing 127 of their 150 starts (17%) for a profit of £128.47 to a £1 level stake at SP. JUNIOR MASSINI is unlucky not to be unbeaten in three starts for Sheila Lewis, going down by a neck at 20-1on her stable debut last month before wins at Warwick and Bangor. Today’s sharp left-handed track should suit and he’s going to be hard to beat in her hat-trick bid.
