ECEPARTI (system – Venetia Williams handicap chasers, November)
This century, had we bet all Venetia Williams-trained handicap chasers in the month of November we’d have landed 108 of our 570 bets (19% strike-rate) for a huge profit of £185.26 to a £1 level stake at SP. Siding only with the young horses (aged eight or younger) increased the strike-rate to 22.3% and the profit to £219.01. ECEPARTI has form figures in handicap chases in November of 1133 (2-4) and looks set to go well on his reappearance.

CAPE VIDAL (system – Ffos Las bumper winners, next time out)
Ffos Las form continues to be underrated and bumper winners from the Welsh venue have done exceptionally well when bidding to follow up. Since the beginning of 2010, 43 of the 130 qualifiers won (33.1% strike-rate) for a profit of £42.59 (expected winners only 31.04). The bulk of the profit came from those who stuck to bumper company rather than switch to hurdles and CAPE VIDAL, who romped home on his debut at Ffos Las in late May, is taken to maintain his 100% record.
