Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew heads to Navan (Flat) and Kempton’s evening all-weather meeting for his two recommended bets/trades on Wednesday, March 29th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
NAVAN 2.15
SEEINGISBELIEVING has been installed as the 11-2 second favourite for this 20-runner 5f handicap on the strength of his Curragh runner-up effort last Saturday but he may have been flattered that day. It was a big advantage to race prominently from a low draw in that 6f contest and the 16-1 shot was always up with the pace from stall 7 of 17. He remains a maiden after 12 starts and, having been campaigned at up to 1m, the drop back to the minimum trip for the first time in his career is not certain to suit. Sell in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market.
Recommendation: Oppose SEEINGISBELIEVING in Navan 2.15
KEMPTON 7.00
There was plenty of opposition to market leader GOLDEN PASSPORT when the betting opened for this 7f handicap and I’m especially keen on GULMARG, who won’t need to improve on what he did as a juvenile to play a leading role on his reappearance. Charlie Johnston’s KITAI is bred to appreciate the switch to Polytrack for the first time and is also respected. Golden Passport’s sire Acclamation hasn’t got the greatest record with his handicap runners on the all-weather at Kempton, scoring with 58 of the 733 qualifiers over the years (7.9% strike-rate) for a huge loss of £305.89 to a £1 level stake at SP. Sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Oppose GOLDEN PASSPORT in Kempton 7.00
