Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew found 4-1 Curragh winner LAUGH A MINUTE on Saturday and has two recommended bets/trades on Sunday, March 26th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
CARLISLE 1.50
It’s possible that the Sandy Thomson-trained THEIRSHEGOES is a handicap project and that we won’t see the best of her until she takes that route, but the six-year-old mare could out-run big odds in this 2m3.5f novices’ hurdle. She showed promise when fourth in a Tapeta bumper at Newcastle on her debut, racing on the slowest part of the track, and her hurdle-debut 14-1 eighth at Musselburgh wasn’t as bad as it sounds as she tried to come from off the pace in a race run to suit prominent types. I took a chance and backed her each-way at Ayr last time and the 80-1 shot ran well in fifth place, losing out on third place by less than two lengths after making a bad blunder at the last. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Back THEIRSHEGOES in Carlisle 1.50
CARLISLE 5.18
It was the usual front-runners’ benefit at Ayr’s meeting on February 27th and the winner of the concluding bumper – 5-2 favourite Esprit Du Potier – made all. The next three home were prominent throughout and the eyecatcher was fifth-placed PRESIDENT SCOTTIE. The Nicky Richards-trained five-year-old attracted morning support but backers knew their fate when 7lb conditional Conor Rabbitt jumped off at the rear of the field. He kept on to finish just over 11 lengths behind the winner and should know more this time. Danny McMenamin takes over the saddle and he can be supported in the Spreadex fixed odds betting or bought in the 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Back PRESIDENT SCOTTIE in Carlisle 5.18
