Royal runner VALUE ADDED (6.15) wasn’t best drawn when fifth at Newbury last time and should be suited by the step up to 1m2f, while TANMAWWY (6.45) often races prominently – unlike most of his rivals – and, with the wind behind him, could prove hard to pass. Buick’s shortest-price mount of the evening, ABSOLUTE QUEEN, has the early speed to take advantage of a low draw in the 7.15. Buy WILLIAM BUICK in WINDSOR JOCKEYS with Spreadex.

PONTEFRACT 2.40
BLAZING HOT was only tenth of 14 in a 5f handicap at Newcastle last time but stall 1 made life very difficult in that Class 5 contest and he looks very interesting now back at Pontefract – his two previous course visits produced an 18-1 half-length third and 16-1 second. His latest turf run – a 28-1 seventh of eight at Thirsk – was better than it looked as he raced well away from the favoured rail and the badly-berthed runner-up from that race – Count D’Orsay – has since gone one better at Hamilton.
