AL MOOTAMARID (system – Kingman colts, 7f+, turf, 2yo debut)
Juvenile progeny of the sire Kingman have a good record when making their racecourse debuts over 7f or further on turf, with 19 of the 79 qualifiers scoring (24.1% strike-rate) for a profit of £67.45 to a £1 level stake at SP. Marco Botti struck with a first-time out two-year-old at Windsor earlier this week and has won this 7f novice contest twice in recent years, suggesting that AL MOOTAMARID could be worth chancing.
YARMOUTH 4.40
CLASS MEMBER (system – George Boughey, fitness angle)
George Boughey has a solid record with horses who have raced at least three times in the past month, scoring with 29 of the 87 qualifiers (33.3% strike-rate) for a profit of £17.20 to a £1 level stake at SP. Those who finished first or second on their most recent outing are 23 from 51 (45.1%) for a profit of £21.45. CLASS MEMBER, an eyecatcher against the draw bias when third at Lingfield on May 30th, finally got off the mark at Leicester last time and can follow up.

PARR FIRE (system – Nigel Tinkler, first-time visored runners)
Since the spring of 2016, Nigel Tinkler is five from 24 with his first-time visored runners for a profit of £69.00 to a £1 level stake at SP, with six of the beaten horses making the frame at odds of up to 40-1. PARR FIRE, a 25-1 shot at the time of writing, could be worth a small interest now fitted with the new headgear and returned to Doncaster for the first time since his juvenile debut success. I’ve also bet recent Beverley winner RWENEARLYTHEREDAD.
