Manchester United will try to sign England trio Harry Kane, Declan Rice and Mason Mount this summer with Erik ten Hag looking to bolster his squad ahead of the new season.

Kane, Rice, Mount All On United’s Radar

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is United’s top target with the Red Devils in desperate need of a new number nine.

Signing all three could be a big ask, and it could depend on United’s impending takeover with Qatari investors and INEOS’ Sir Jim Ratcliffe in the running.

Ten Hag’s side have emerged as the leading contenders to sign Mason Mount if he leaves Chelsea this summer. The England star’s contract runs out in 2024 and the Blues want him to sign an extension, however Old Trafford and the likelihood of Champions League football could prize him away.

It’s almost an identical situation to Kane at Spurs, his contract expires next summer but he could move on a year earlier.

The Red Devils do face competition at least for the signing of Rice and Mount, with Arsenal heavily interested in the duo too. West Ham United captain Rice has a “gentleman’s agreement” that he can move in the summer, provided that the Hammers receive an offer worth £120 million.

Rice has one year left on his contract at the London Stadium, with the option of a further year. However, the Europa Conference League final could be his final match for the club.
