The LIV Golf League is in the DC area for the first time after a record attendance at Tulsa earlier this month. This is the seventh LIV event of the calendar, marking the halfway stage.

Trump National Golf Club is a links-style course, ranked by Golf Digest as one of the top three new golf courses after debuting in 2016.

Koepka will make his first appearance after securing a fifth major championship at Oak Hill last week, marking his third career PGA Championship.

Bryson DeChambeau is still awaiting a first victory in the LIV Golf League and ranks 28th amongst active players, but after an encouraging return to the major scene last week his confidence will be sky-high.
The big hitter has undergone a significant physical transformation in recent times, losing 50 pounds – and he now feels ‘a heck of a lot better’.
He matched his previous best performance the PGA Championship with a tied-fourth finish, offering a glimmer of hope that he could one day return to the form showed when he won the US Open in 2020.
DeChambeau admitted he has played the course once before, praising it and its facilities. Priced at 16/1, the 29-year-old has a good opportunity at maiden LIV glory this week.

LIV Golf DC Tip 2: Louis Oosthuizen To Win And Each-Way @ 40/1 with BetUK
Louis Oosthuizen – priced at 40/1 – is also searching for a first win in the LIV Golf League and playing some decent golf in the run-up.
In each of his last three outings, the South African has posted a score of at least seven-under with tied-11th, tied-16th and tied-23rd finishes.
In March, Danny Lee prevailed to beat Oosthuizen, Brendan Steele and Carlos Oritz in a four-man play-off at the LIV Golf Invitational in Tucson, Arizona.
I’m willing to take a chance on the 40-year-old at this price and it’s no secret that he loves a links course, winning The Open at St Andrews in 2010.
Oosthuizen is also a co-designer of La Reserve Golf Links, the only contemporary links experience in the Indian Ocean.
He has been very vocal in the past about his love for these courses, stating:
“Links golf challenges your mind, and your game.
“It requires precision, creativity and patience but above all else, it’s the purest form of golf with nature consistently shaping the course you play. That makes it very special to me.
“I love playing this type of golf.”
