Boxing Fans Raging At Paul vs Fury PPV Price

Once, twice, three times.

The Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight is finally ON.

The pair of celebrity boxers have signed a deal and agreed to a fight in the Middle East in less than one months time. It was announced on social media yesterday that the pair of boxing rivals will fight next month over eight rounds.

The fight is sure to be one of the biggest events of the year. Both Jake Paul and Tommy Fury have huge names and bring a huge following through their lives on social media, TV and in the Americans case, YouTube. The fight could break all kinds of PPV records in the UK, which just shows you how much pull both of these men have considering they are both only novices in professional boxing.

However, despite some boxing fans being excited at the prospect of seeing ‘The Problem Child’ and ‘TNT’ throwing down in the ring once and for all, there has of course been some negatives too. When the fight was announced to be broadcast by BT Sport on the pay-per-view platform, this sparked outrage among fans.

It hasn’t yet been confirmed the price of the PPV in the UK, but it is likely to be a minimum of £19.95. In fact, it is more likely to cost boxing fans £24.95 in the UK.

This is the third time the pair are set to face one another in the ring. The first fight was signed and agreed for December 2021, but Fury was forced to pull out of the contest due to sustaining a rib injury. The rescheduled fight was also thrown in the bin after the Englishman wasn’t granted a VISA to enter the United States.

The American YouTube star currently heads the betting market with the best UK sports betting sites. He is a 4/6 favourite for the bout with Fury priced as the slight underdog. The younger brother of WBC World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury is priced at around 6/5 with the best sports betting apps.

With the fight now less than one month away, the build up is sure to be fascinating. As if it wasn’t enough that both Tommy Fury and Jake Paul will be going back and forth with their war of words, we have the added spice of John Fury, Logan Paul and of course Tyson Fury. That’s not to mention that Fury’s girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague is due to give birth in the coming weeks. Get the popcorn ready folks!

However, the fact the fight is on Box Office is highly disappointing for boxing fans. It has put a negative spin on the fight with the diehard boxing fans who watch fights week in, week out. However, this is the world we live in and this fight is sure to bring millions of eyeballs.
