Bookies think at least five more Premier League managers will be sacked before the end of the season.

Just over three months remain until the final gameweek of the Premier League campaign and there are several managers whose jobs are currently hanging in the balance.

Reports have revealed that Crystal Palace are considering parting ways with Roy Hodgson, while exclusive SportsLens odds indicate that both Mauricio Pochettino and David Moyes’ stays in the English capital could be cut short before the end of the campaign.

Only two Premier League managers have left their posts since the start of the season: Paul Heckingbottom (Sheffield United) and Steve Cooper (Nottingham Forest). The latest sack odds point towards at least another five bosses leaving their roles before the term draws to a close in May.

Number Of Premier League Managers To Be Sacked

As previously mentioned, Chelsea‘s Pochettino and West Ham’s Moyes are fighting for their jobs as things stand, while Palace look set to part ways with Hodgson in the coming weeks.

The likelihood of Pochettino remaining in his post at Stamford Bridge has been boosted in recent weeks though, thanks to a good spell of results seeing the Blues occupy a much-improved 10th place.

Moyes’ role at the London Stadium isn’t quite as safe. Despite the fact the Hammers currently sit in eighth – they are winless in seven, and were smashed 6-0 by Arsenal last time out.

Burnley’s Vincent Kompany is another who is reportedly being considered for the sack, as the Lancashire-based club continue to flounder in the relegation zone – seven points adrift of safety.

Both Eddie Howe and Erik ten Hag have also flirted with the exit door this season. The Newcastle and Manchester United managers have been under immense pressure throughout the season, but after a positive turn of form as of late – their jobs look to be secure for now.
