Arsenal Sign Polish Defender Jakub Kiwior From Spezia To Add To Their Title Challenge

Mikel Arteta has added to his Arsenal squad with Polish defender Jakub Kiwior. The player signs from Spezia for £20 million.

The 22-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half deal with the option of a further year when the time comes.

His signing stalled over the weekend but Kiwior was in attendance to watch his new side beat Man United 3-2.

The signing of Kiwior will add as another boost in their title challenge this season.

What Do We Know About Kiwior?

Kiwior has been capped nine times by Poland and started all four of their games at the World Cup in Qatar.

The Polish centre-half is suited to the left side of the two. He’s expected to add competition and cover to Gabriel.
