Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew begins the new week with two recommended bets/trades on the Flat at Ayr and Beverley on Monday, July 24th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

AYR 2.30

GLASSES UP has a strong seasonal pattern to his form, landing seven of his 25 starts in June/July, compared to a 0-40 score in other months. When returned to the track between eight and 21 days since his last run his record is seven from 17 for a profit of £48.75 to a £1 level stake at SP. Six of those wins came at Ayr and, though facing a tough rival in the shape of Sir Mark Prescott’s GOLDEN SHOT, he can be backed each-way with Spreadex or bought in the 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Back GLASSES UP in Ayr 2.30

BEVERLEY 6.30

SHERDIL beat only one home at Carlisle on his latest outing but it was virtually impossible to come from off the pace that day and it’s safe to draw a line through that run. He caught the eye when sixth at Pontefract on his previous start where his jockey turned a good draw into a bad one by switching to the far side when the stands’ side route was massively favoured. I usually want to be drawn high when the ground is deep at Beverley but stall 2 won’t be a problem on what we saw on similar going at last week’s meeting and he’s worth chancing. Buy in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market or take a fixed odds price.

Recommendation: Back SHERDIL in Beverley 6.30
