Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew made a good profit with his sell of DOUBLE DRAW OF WINNER in the 3.55 at Chelmsford and has two bets/trades on Monday, July 10th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

RIPON 7.55

Ed Walker’s MERRY MINSTER got off the mark in a 7f novice contest at Thirsk last time but he took the favoured outside route that day, grabbing the ‘golden highway’ in the closing stages. There’s a good chance that he was flattered and a mark of 80 could be tough to overcome on his handicap debut today. Sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market. Fixed odds punters might want to chance Richard Fahey’s MY LITTLE QUEENS, a potential improver in first-time cheekpieces.

Recommendation: Oppose MERRY MINSTER in Ripon 7.55

RIPON 9.00

GLENDOWN is near the head of the betting for this 6f handicap, despite his nine-race maiden status. He finished second in two of his last three runs but looked flattered on each occasion – racing on the ‘golden highway’ when a 28-1 runner-up at Haydock before his nose defeat at Redcar where again racing on the fastest strip of ground. He was beaten by more than four lengths at Pontefract last week (albeit when not getting across to the favoured rail) and he looks vulnerable again. Sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Oppose GLENDOWN in Ripon 9.00
