Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew successfully opposed RAVEN’S UP (4th, 16-5) on Monday and has two recommended bets/trades on Tuesday, June 13th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:

SOUTHWELL 5.05

SLAINTE MHATH was favourably drawn when justifying favouritism in good style at Hamilton last time, a run that took her 6f record on officially good to soft or softer going to 214173121 (4-9). She’s been pulled out of an intended engagement since that success because ‘good’ ground was deemed too fast and her connections now switch her to Southwell’s Tapeta surface, far from ideal given her all-weather figures of P055359 (0-7). She looks set to struggle again today and can be sold in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market.

Recommendation: Oppose SLAINTE MHATH in Southwell 5.05

AYR JOCKEYS

ANDREW MULLEN has a good book of rides at Ayr tonight and a buy of the jockey’s performance market with Spreadex is the recommendation (fixed odds punters might want to combine his shorter-priced mounts in a multiple bet). I’m not expecting great things from DARK POINTS, around 33-1 at the time of writing, in the 6f maiden based on what he’s shown in two previous runs over 5f but this Blue Point colt could improve for better ground and an extra furlong, so it’s not impossible to see him running third and picking up a few points. JKR COBBLER (5.50) has a more realistic chance. The four-year-old was only just touched off when third over 7f here last week and looks ready for the step back up to 1m. BILLY BATHGATE (6.25) is a 23-race maiden but has made the frame on numerous occasions and could pick up points for second or third place, while TWO RIVERS (7.35), who drifted from 9-1 out to 18-1, clearly needed the run on his recent reappearance/stable debut and might fare better tonight. Mullen has solid chances in the last two races – STAY SMART (8.10) scored over course and distance last week and his trainer, Iain Jardine, does well when bringing winners back to the track quickly, while MERRICOURT (8.45) did really to finish second at Musselburgh last time as he was ridden patiently off a steady early gallop.

Recommendation: Buy ANDREW MULLEN in AYR JOCKEYS market
