Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew successfully opposed BRONN (3rd, 7-2) on Friday and has three recommended bets/trades at Aintree on Saturday (April 15th). Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
AINTREE 1.45
NOTLONGTILLMAY ran a blinder to finish second to STAGE STAR when 40-1 for the Grade 1 Turners Novices’ Chase at the Cheltenham festival but, like the winner (well beaten earlier this week), he was probably flattered by racing close to the sedate early pace. He could be vulnerable today and the suggestion is to sell in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market. Fixed odds punters might want to back MARVEL DE CERISY in the ‘betting without Jonbon’ market.
Recommendation: Oppose NOTLONGTILLMAY in Aintree 1.45
AINTREE 2.25
The ground on the hurdles course was badly churned up on the inside yesterday and those who challenged late/wide enjoyed a big advantage in the concluding handicap hurdle, won by 40-1 shot Punctuation. Harry Skelton, who rides WEST BALBOA for brother Dan, is very good at working out where the best ground is in situations like this and he’s worth a punt to follow up his Lanzarote Hurdle win. That race will have taken plenty out of him but he’s had three months to get over it and he can be backed in the Spreadex fixed odds betting or bought in the 50-30-20-10 spread market.
Recommendation: Back WEST BALBOA in Aintree 2.25
AINTREE 5.15
DOUBLE NUMBER OF WINNER
Aintree watered ahead of Friday’s meeting and then received more rain than some forecasts predicted, leading to very soft conditions. That’s going to make life tricky for those near the head of the weights in the Grand National and with a strong pace almost certain, there will be no hiding place. Tiger Roll was number 3 on the racecard when taking this race for the second time in 2019 but the last two winners were numbers 28 and 35 and the lower-weighted runners are likely to come to the fore today. Buy DOUBLE NUMBER OF WINNER at 35 with Spreadex.
Recommendation: Buy DOUBLE NUMBER OF WINNER in Aintree 5.15
