Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:
Andrew found 7-2 Lingfield winner RIKONA on Monday and has two recommended bets/trades on Tuesday, April 4th. Follow his tips this week and all year round on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
THIRSK STARTING PRICES
Shocks are not uncommon in early-season meetings at THIRSK, and we could have made money in the past two Aprils by simply backing every runner blind at SP. The market leaders typically do even worse when the ground is on the soft side and with today’s low-grade racing and questions over race fitness for most of the participants, we could be in for one or two surprises. Buying THIRSK STARTING PRICES at 61 with Spreadex looks the order of the day.
Recommendation: Buy STARTING PRICES at Thirsk
SOUTHWELL 6.00
Andrew Balding’s ELWASME has been all the rage for the 7f novice stakes at Southwell this evening but at the prices I’m going to take a chance on stablemate BELL SONG, who is bred to appreciate the switch from Polytrack to Tapeta after her debut ninth at Kempton. That run wasn’t entirely without promise – the 28-1 shot, poorly drawn in stall 10, was slowly away in the first-time hood and lost ground by switching to the inside rail. She had plenty of ground to make up on turning in and did well to get within seven lengths of the winner under an educational ride. She obviously needs to improve but the switch of surface could help, and she’ll be fitter this time. Back each-way with Spreadex in the fixed odds betting or buy in the 50-25-10 market.
Recommendation: Back BELL SONG in Southwell 6.00
