OFF! Fans And Players Clash, Referee Sends Off An Entire Team In Argentina

Last week we saw an angry fan shoot a player dead. This week we hear of the entire away team (including the subs bench) being red carded by the referee for brawling with the local fans in Argentina.

The game was between Barracas Bolivar and General Lamadrid in the Premira C, and with 60 minutes on teh clock and the home side leading 3-0, Lamadrid’s players and staff members took exception to taunts directed their way by local Bolivar fans.

Pretty soon ALL players from Lamadrid were at it, clashing with the supporters. Riot police eventually brought peace to the situation, and the whole thing was wrapped by the referee issuing 18 red cards to the away team, which means Lamadrid would have to play with a team full of reserve and youth players in the next match.
