Transfer Rumors (Dec 1,08): Tevez To Real Madrid, Barry Snubs Liverpool, Man City Hunting Bayern Star And More

Today’s transfer round-up throws up some pretty spicy news indeed. A couple of them are sort of drag-ons, follow-ups rather, but there has been a rather interesting development, or shall we say, a retrogressive development, as far as Liverpool are concerned…..

Real Madrid Still Hunting Carlos Tevez

Spanish and European powerhoue Real Madrid are in desperate need of a striker and are said to be monitoring Carlos Tevez very closely. Until Manchester United do something quick about the Argentine’s loan deal, the Merengues could prize the former Corinthians striker to the Bernabeu.

West Ham United Want Giovinco

Hammers manager Gianfranco Zola has admitted that he would be interested in signing Juventus youngster Giovinco. But would the player be interested in a move to the Premier League.

Lukas Podolski To Manchester City?
Premier League side Manchester City are hunting the signature of the Bayern Munich striker Lukas Podolski.

Emile Heskey Up For Grabs

Wigan Athletic have declared that they are putting striker Emile Heskey up for sale in January. Liverpool, Manchester City and Aston Villa are among the interested buyers.

Gareth Barry Snubs Liverpool

And now the snub. In the summer Aston Villa midfielder Gareth Barry said that he wanted to move to Liverpool but now the England international has said that he is happy at Villa Park. Sorry Rafa!

Understandably we haven’t heard the last of these transfer rumours, especially of the Giovinco saga and the Carlos Tevez link. There should be more updates on these transfer reports and you need not go anywhere else for that!
