Horse Racing Betting Tips for Saturday December 4th:

AINTREE 12.20

ANNIE MC usually needs at least one run at the start of the season and I’m happy to oppose her in this mares’ Listed chase (transferred from Carlisle’s abandoned fixture last Sunday), as she’s been off the track since scoring at Warwick 304 days ago…

Seasonal debut: 347 (0-3)

Second run of the season 215 (1-3)

Third or subsequent runs: 415111911 (6-9)

…she also lost her first two starts during her point-to-point season and I’m happy to sell her in the Spreadex 50-25-10 market. Fixed odds punters looking for an alternative could do worse than ZAMBELLA.

You can watch what should be an intriguing contest by using live horse racing streaming sites such as Spreadex.

Recommendation: Oppose ANNIE MC in Aintree 12.20

AINTREE 1.30

There are two outsiders that could outrun their odds in this Listed juvenile hurdle for fillies – TIKI FIRE and KALMA. Both finished well beaten in the Fakenham race won by Malakahna last time but both raced in the ‘swamp’ on the inside rail on a day the majority of the winners challenged wide. The pair were also making their hurdling debuts and would have been in need of the experience. Buy both in the 50-25-10 race market or support them each-way in the fixed odds betting.

Recommendation: Back TIKI FIRE and KALMA in Aintree 1.30

AINTREE 2.40

KIMBERLITE CANDY has a good record at this time of year, recording form figures of 115311922 (4-9) when racing in November or December, with the latest runner-up effort when 14-1 for this race last year. Previous renewals have often held the key to finding the winner of the Becher Chase and he can go one better this year. Buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market or back him each-way in the fixed odds betting.

Recommendation: Back KIMBERLITE CANDY in Aintree 2.40

SANDOWN 3.35

Those who raced wide enjoyed the best of things on the hurdles course at Sandown yesterday, which could make life tough for the pacesetters today as they are likely to race towards the inside rail. One who can be relied upon to be given a patient ride and, hopefully, challenge wide around the outside is THIBAULT in the 2m Listed handicap hurdle at 3.35. He rarely finishes out of the frame in handicap company and looks a value buy in the Spreadex 50-30-20-10 market. Fixed odds punters have the option of backing him each-way.

Recommendation: Back THIBAULT in Sandown 3.35
