According to L’equipe, Manchester United have finally agreed a mega money deal for Angel Di Maria, who is set to sign a five year contract with PSG.

The player missed the flight to join up with Manchester United for their pre-season preparations earlier and manager Louis Van Gaal confirmed that the club was not informed as to why the player decided to now show up.

It appears that Di maria has already moved his family out of Manchester and is preparing for his PSG medical, which is set to be carried out in the United states, where PSG are preparing for their new season.

The French publication states that Woodward spent the last week negotiating the transfer of Di Maria, a player they signed for 60 million pounds last season. Unfortunately, the Real Madrid man never quite settled into the city or the league.

Despite making a loss on the player, United’s decision to get rid is probably the right one considering the fact that Di Maria does not want to be at the club. Further, his absence from training shows the lack of commitment towards his employers.

Once the transfer is finalised, Manchester United are set to move for the replacements in Pedro or Gaitan. Both players have been linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer and various media outlets have claimed that a deal might be close.
