Some idiot Real Betis fan threw a bottle at Juande Ramos (Sevilla manager) during a Copa del Rey derby between the two sides.
Sevilla and Ramos have taken pains to blame the individual instead of raising hell about Betis not being able to control its fans, but considering that football has always had a history of militant fans there is always something a club can do to temper the situation.
Regardless of what the Spanish authorities decide to do (based on their efforts to find the culprit), it’s a shame that this happened AND clubs must realise that there will always be some fans who get carried away.
