Chelsea FC’s decision to partner with YouTube and provide “club news and archived footage” is perhaps the best thing to happen to football fans in some time.
Hopefully Manchester United (who have a very huge repository of archived footage online) and Arsenal can follow suit, and so can non-Prem clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona.
It may be a move to win fans (please fans, whatever), but for this move, Chelsea deserve our respect.

If you remember, I’ve been ranting against the Premier League for hunting down fans and getting their accounts suspended because of uploaded clips – well at least for Chelsea, that won’t be much of an issue.
Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool – now it’s your turn.
