Former Poland international Marcin Zewlakow has showered praise on Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich.

The 28-year-old is one of the key players for Leeds and has been playing consistently under Marcelo Bielsa.

Zewlakow, while speaking on TVP Sport, has praised Klich’s movement and class.

Zewlakow told TVP Sport about Klich: “He has a non-Polish style, he plays nicely, he has class in his movement and vision.”

Klich played for Poland in their UEFA Nations League Group A3 match against Italy on Friday.

The midfielder has been impressive under Bielsa, and his inclusion in the team goes to show how good he has been this season.

Klich, who joined Leeds from Dutch side FC Twente in the summer of 2017, has developed into a key player in Bielsa’s squad.

He has scored three goals and provided one assist in six Championship appearances this season.

Leeds are top of the Championship table after six games, and are looking good to mount a serious challenge for promotion this season.
