Earlier in the window, the German outfit claimed that De Bruyne is not for sale at any price. However, the lack of interest shown in the window has prompted the Belgian to demand a move away from Wolfsburg.

Manchester City have made several big money signings this window and De Bruyne is set to join the likes of Otamendi and Raheem Sterling at City this season.
The Citizens have started the season well and are determined to reclaim their Premier League crown.
The signing of De Bruyne, the best player in Germany last season, will certainly aid their cause.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Manchester United have entered the race for Kevin De Bruyne, but it seems the Old Trafford outfit left it too late.
