Racing Genk director Gunter Jacob will meet with the the Court of Arbitration tomorrow to despute the transfer of Divock Origi to Lille.

If the Belgian side win the despute, Lille will need to pay Genk for developing the player – this would result in several tens of thousands of Euros.

Divock Origi moved from Genk to Lille as a 15 year-old back in 2010.  The Ligue 1 side are claiming that Genk are not entitled to a development fee as they never made a contract proposal to the striker.

A player cannot sign a contract in Belgium until the age of 16.

Belgian newspaper Nieuwsblad report Genk received €200,000 when Divock Origi moved from Lille to Liverpool for €10 million over the summer.  The club are seeking more.

This is not the only case the Belgian side are disputing.  They are also looking to receive compensation for Yannick Ferreira Carrasco who moved to Ligue 1 side AS Monaco as a 16-year old.

Divock Origi is currently back on loan with Lille where he has scored two goals in seven Ligue 1 appearances so far this season.
