Like many top clubs across the Europe, this summer is very crucial for Barcelona as well. The Catalan giants can re-focus on their transfer targets, after FIFA’s ban on them were lifted. While several players are expected to arrive, few could leave the club as well and one of them could be young talented winger Cristian Tello.

The 22-year-old has only made two league starts this season, while his relationship with Tata Martino has broken down completely.

Although, a new manager is expected to arrive, possibly Luis Enrique, that could see a revival in his fortune at Camp Nou. However, his behaviour towards the manager, the rudeness shown by him after the Getafe match wasn’t linked by the club.

Liverpool are thought to be a long term admirer of Tello and even the player himself revealed in the past that he had rejected offers from the Merseyside giants. Back in september, Tello said:

“I always wanted to stay here. The coach has confidence in me, I’m happy and ready to play. I knew that Liverpool were interested in me, but I never thought about leaving.”

Tello signed a long term contract with the Catalan club that saw his release clause jumped up to €25m, however according to Catalan based newspaper Sport, the Spanish winger could be available within €10m, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham all have registered their interest.
