After Arsenal beat West Ham by 3-0 at the Emirates on Saturday afternoon, young midfielder Francis Coquelin claimed the Gunners have pulled themselves together after their shock 3-1 defeat against Monaco in the Champions League. It was the North London side’s fifth win in a row and Arsene Wenger’s side are just a point behind Manchester City in the standings.

The Gunners now travel to the south coast of France on Tuesday aiming for a turn around. Coquelin believes that Arsenal’s impressive form would give them the confidence to achieve the impossible. Leonardo Jardim’s side are tough to beat at home and it will not be easy for the Premier League giants

Coquelin though believes that Arsenal will have to belieev in themselves. The midfielder was quoted saying to the club’s official website, “It was another great performance against West Ham. Qualifying for the next round looks impossible but you never know in football. Hopefully we can get a great a great result over there and then move on to the next game.”

“There’s quite a lot of things to change after you lose 3-1 at home, but we’ve done that in recent games. We haven’t conceded many goals and we’ve been scoring goals as well. We haven’t lost a game since Monaco and the confidence is high. We’re going to go there with great spirit and I think we can turn this result around.”
