Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane has reportedly phoned Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba in order to convince the Frenchman to join Los Blancos in the summer.

We had reported last week that Pogba was flattered to be on the wishlist of Real and Manchester United, both of whom who are desperately trying to secure the services of the 21 year old dynamic midfielder.

David Amoyal, Serie A pundit and staff reporter of Gianluca Di Marzio feels otherwise.

Juventus signed Pogba on a free transfer from Manchester United a couple of seasons ago but the Red Devils are believed to be willing to splash the cash for their star this summer.

Real are widely known for making marquee signings every summer, and reports suggest that Fiorentino Perez is willing to break the bank for Pogba this summer.

Reports in the past week have also suggested that the Old Lady might be tempted to sell their prized asset, who they rate as being worth around €60m, in order to fund moves for Robin Van Persie, Nani and Liverpool target Juan Cuadrado from Fiorentina in the summer.

It is believed that manager Antonio Conte wants to bring at least 10 players to his squad, with the Bianconeri desperate to mount a Champions League challenge next campaign.
